FAQ
What am I paying for each month?
You are paying upfront for the production of the goodies which you will receive every other month. For example, your November and December payments pay for your January goodies. All of the billing cycles are listed below:
November and December: January Ray Mail
January and February: March Ray Mail
March and April: May Ray Mail
May and June: July Ray Mail
July and August: September Ray Mail
September and October: November Ray Mail
When will I be billed?
You will be billed the day you sign up and on the same day each month after until you cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Stripe and PayPal via Ko-fi Memership.
Why is Ray Mail sent out every other month?
Shipping your goodies every other month allows me some breathing room between mailings and more flexibility to work on bigger/longer/fancier goodies from time to time!
How many goodies will I get?
I usually send two goodies. I may occasionally send one big goodie or several small goodies.
How are the goodies shipped?
Your goodies will be shipped in an envelope or flat mailer with basic postage (no tracking).
How do I change my address, update my payment information, or cancel my subscription?
Please refer to this help page on Ko-fi for instructions. If you run into any problems, please email me and I'll help you out! Founding members: If you signed up via Stripe, please use the member portal. If you signed up with PayPal, please refer to this help page for instructions.
What happens if I cancel my subscription before the next Ray Mail ships?
It depends on when you cancel! If you cancel after a two month billing cycle ends, you will receive the following Ray Mail. For example, if you pay in November and December and cancel your subscription after your December payment goes through you will receive the January Ray Mail. If you cancel before a two month billing cycle ends, you will not receive the following Ray Mail. For example, if you pay in November and cancel your subscription before your December payment goes through, you will not receive the January Ray Mail.
What should I do if my Ray Mail is lost or damaged?
Please email me with more details so we can come up with a solution! In most cases, I will send you a replacement free of charge.
